OUR ONLY CONCERN IS YOU!

We Work ONLY Your Behalf, to help ensure that you are indemnified wholly by the at-fault Insurance Company.

Insurance companies only write an estimate based on what they can see. It is up to the repair facility to write a thorough blueprint for corrective repairs since we offer the warranty for the repairs completed on your vehicle.

Remember, you have the right to decide that Elite Euro Cars Collision Services will work on your vehicle. You make this important decision, not your insurance company.

Insurance companies will direct you to the shop on their “Direct Repair Program”.

Sounds easy right?

These shops are contracted with the Insurance Company to do work at a lower cost which leads to lower quality and unsafe repairs.

Our responsibility is to the Vehicle Owner because you are our Customer, not the insurance company.

Listen for carefully crafted scripts to “Direct” or “Steer” you.

Whether you choose our shop or another community member, remember you have the right to take your car to your “Shop of Choice”.

  • Here are some phrases you may hear when you call your auto insurance company to file your claim and tell them you want your car repaired at our shop:
“They are not one of our network shops, so we can’t guarantee the repairs”.
  • We guarantee our work, not the insurance company. If you have a problem, it is not the insurance company that pays to fix the problem. The insurance company comes back to that shop and requires them to fix it and the shop uses their own guarantee.
“If you go to them, we can’t get our adjuster out for several days, by going to a network shop we can get to it right away.”
“Claims take longer to settle if you use a shop out of our Direct Repair Program.”
“If they charge more than the prevailing rate and you may have to pay the difference in the cost to repair your car. “
  • Insurance staff appraisers are required to appraise your vehicle within 72 hours in most companies (check your policy). It normally only takes longer for “our shop” to get paid since we are not a preferred shop.
